(Adnkronos) - Tentata concussione. E' l'ipotesi di reato per la quale la Procura di Agrigento ha emesso un avviso di conclusione delle indagini preliminari nei confronti di Alessio Quaranta, direttore generale dell'Enac. L'indagine ipotizza, tra l'altro, presunte irregolarità nella gestione dell'impianto di carburante dell'aeroporto di Lampedusa. Complessivamente nel procedimento sono indagate, a vario titolo, 12 persone, tra cui anche altri dirigenti dell'Ente di aviazione civile. L'avviso di conclusione delle indagini preliminari è stato firmato dal procuratore di Agrigento, Giovanni Di Leo, e dal sostituto Rita Barbieri. Â
