(Adnkronos) - L'inchiesta della procura di Roma sulla lite tra il regista Paolo Virzì e la sua ex moglie, l'attrice Micaela Ramazzotti, dopo un incontro casuale avvenuto in un ristorante alla presenza della figlia di lui, Ottavia, e dell'attuale compagno di lei Claudio Pallitto, finisce con una richiesta di archiviazione dopo la remissione delle querele da parte dei due protagonisti. Lo riportano alcuni quotidiani.
Il regista aveva ritirato la querela a settembre ora è caduta anche quella dell’attrice: “Micaela Ramazzotti non presenterà opposizione alle determinazioni dell’Ufficio del pubblico ministero, e anzi ha provveduto a rimettere la querela al tempo sporta nei confronti di Paolo Virzì. Tale decisione è stata coerentemente assunta a tutela della serenità e a protezione dei propri figli, soprattutto nel delicato momento in cui le iniziative intraprese in tal senso da Ramazzotti sembrano dare i risultati sperati”, sottolineano i suoi avvocati, Annamaria Bernardini de Pace e David Leggi.
Sull'accaduto i due si erano lanciati accuse incrociate. "Secondo Ramazzotti - ricostruisce 'Il Messaggero' - tutto sarebbe cominciato quando il regista insieme alla figlia 35enne era passato accanto al suo tavolo e la giovane donna aveva cominciato a riprenderla con il cellulare, mentre il padre, sempre nella versione dell'attrice, 'le sputava addosso e la insultava con epiteti quali 'brutta me..., mi..'.. A quel punto la Ramazzotti avrebbe preso il cellulare di Ottavia e la ragazza, nel tentativo di recuperarlo, l'aveva graffiata al braccio destro, mentre Virzì le aveva stretto il polso sinistro. Poi erano arrivati i carabinieri.
Nella versione del regista, che per primo ha rimesso la querela, è Pallitto a minacciarli dicendo di andare via. Mentre la Ramazzotti balzava addosso a Ottavia, che stava riprendendo la scena, per strapparle di mano il telefono, inseguendola e terrorizzandola". Ora la vicenda giudiziaria si chiude con la richiesta di archiviazione da parte della procura.
