(Adnkronos) - Un uomo è stato arrestato per aver prelevato le monete lanciate dai turisti nella Fontana del Tirreno, in piazza Venezia a Roma. Â
Si tratta di un romeno di 46 anni, fermato da una pattuglia della Polizia Locale nella tarda mattina di oggi, dopo essere stato avvistato all'interno della vasca mentre cercava e portava via le monete. Quando la pattuglia si è avvicinata per farlo uscire e identificare, il 46enne ha tentato di divincolarsi colpendo uno degli agenti per darsi alla fuga, ma è stato subito bloccato e arrestato per furto, resistenza, lesioni e oltraggio a Pubblico Ufficiale, oltreché per vilipendio al sacrario militare dell’Altare della Patria. Â
L'uomo si trova al momento negli uffici di via della Greca, in attesa del processo per direttissima che si terrà domani mattina.Â
