(Adnkronos) - “Gli eventi geopolitici, dai conflitti in Ucraina e Medio Oriente, hanno intensificato l'instabilità economica globale, aggravando inflazione e pressioni sul debito. Allo stesso tempo, i Paesi del G7 stanno registrando un crescente divario di produttività rispetto a quelli del Nord America, dal 18% del 2021 al 35% del 2023, oltre a una crescita annua prevista dal 2023 al 2025 inferiore rispetto ai restanti paesi del G20 (2,2% contro 4,4%), aumentando la complessità per i G7 nel guidare un progresso globale sostenibile. Per invertire questi trend negativi e preservare la leadership nello sviluppo globale, i G7 devono focalizzarsi su iniziative strategiche che assicurino competitività e sicurezza economica tramite cooperazione, continuando quindi a sviluppare principi democratici ed etici di mercato". Lo afferma Andrea Poggi, Innovation leader Deloitte Italia e capo delegazione, per Deloitte, del G7 Industry Stakeholders Conference che si è svolta oggi a Pescara e dal titolo "Leaving no one behind: industry for development". "È più che mai essenziale - rimarca Poggi - promuovere uno sviluppo sostenibile nelle economie in via di sviluppo a beneficio di tutta l’economia e la società globale, concentrandosi su tre priorità chiave: transizioni digitali e green, sicurezza alimentare e innovazione dei sistemi sanitari. In questo contesto si inseriscono le iniziative G7 rivolte ai Paesi africani, come l’Energy for Growth in Africa, l'Apulia Food Systems Initiative e il Pandemic Fund. Sebbene tali impegni riflettano la dedizione dei G7 verso una crescita globale inclusiva, il successo dipenderà da investimenti costanti, azioni coordinate e una visione a lungo termine che affronti le cause del sottosviluppo. L'efficacia delle strategie di sviluppo richiede anche riforme dei sistemi educativi, supportando l'accesso alle materie Stem, soprattutto per donne e giovani, promuovendo l'iscrizione scolastica superiore, considerando che solo il 9% della popolazione africana è impegnata in percorsi universitari. Una collaborazione inclusiva, sia tra i Paesi del G7 che con quelli in via di sviluppo, ispirata all'innovazione, focalizzata su ambiti specifici e basata su eterogeneità e multidisciplinarità , rappresenta la condizione imprescindibile per rafforzare la competitività dei G7 e promuovere una crescita etica e sostenibile a livello globale, partendo dai Paesi in via di sviluppo".
