(Adnkronos) - “Chiediamo al governo di intervenire su due questioni strategiche. Occorre scaricare a terra, in fretta, il Pnrr, perché diventi Pil. E, inoltre, è necessario emanare il cosiddetto decreto Salva Milano e risolvere il prima possibile l’interpretazione sulle norme edilizie ed urbanistiche che stanno bloccando la città”. Lo ha detto il presidente di Assolombarda, Alessandro Spada, durante la sua relazione all’assemblea dell’associazione.
“È dal 2006 che registriamo una incidenza sul Pil sistematicamente superiore a quella della media dell’Unione europea. Bene il taglio strutturale del cuneo fiscale. Ma chiediamo al governo, che ha ancora davanti a sé tre anni e altrettante leggi di bilancio, di lavorare con coraggio ad un doppio percorso: il primo di spending review per quelle voci che non contribuiscono al rilancio strutturale dell’economia e il secondo, parallelo, di riduzione della pressione fiscale”.
“Aspettiamo l’introduzione della mini-Ires - ha evidenziato -. Purtroppo, ad oggi il principale intervento sul reddito di impresa è stata l’abrogazione dell’Ace, che aveva aiutato le nostre aziende a patrimonializzarsi”.
“Come ha sottolineato con la consueta autorevolezza il presidente della Repubblica, Sergio Mattarella, l’Italia si presenta a quest’appuntamento come ‘debitore onorabile – ha detto Spada - con una storia trentennale di avanzi pubblici primari annui, con un debito pubblico cresciuto in larga misura, dal 1992, principalmente a causa proprio degli interessi’”.
Nel 2023, ha ricordato, “l’Italia ha certificato un debito accumulato di oltre 2.800 miliardi di euro. La Francia di circa 3.100 miliardi di euro. Più dell’Italia, dunque. La Germania di oltre 2.600 miliardi di euro. Poco meno di noi. A fronte di questo il nostro Paese ha pagato in interessi poco meno di quanto ne abbiano pagati insieme Germania e Francia: 78,6 miliardi di euro nel 2023 contro gli 84,4 di Francia e Germania insieme”.
In sostanza, “il nostro Paese paga oggi troppi interessi sul debito rispetto al reale livello di sostenibilità del debito stesso. Non si considerano in alcun modo i progressi fatti negli ultimi anni, in particolare dalla pandemia in poi, verso una maggiore stabilità finanziaria. La fotografia delle agenzie di rating internazionali è in parte fuorviante”.
