(Adnkronos) - “Oggi i nostri studenti laureati si incontrano con le aziende, che li aspettano per farli entrare nel mondo del lavoro. In una giornata come questa, raccogliamo i frutti del lavoro che facciamo tutti i giorni: da una parte prepariamo i nostri ragazzi e dall’altra manteniamo i contatti con le aziende. Celebriamo un sempre maggiore interesse da parte delle aziende: vi è un incremento rispetto allo scorso anno e un aumento dell’attenzione anche da parte dei ragazzi, perché oggi le opportunità e le modalità per entrare nel mondo del lavoro sono tante e quest'anno è aumentato molto il numero di studenti che si sono iscritti all'evento”. E’ quanto affermato da Vito Introna, delegato del rettore di università Tor Vergata per Orientamento, Tutoraggio e Placement, in occasione del diciassettesimo career day Campus&Leaders&Talents organizzato dall’Università di Roma Tor Vergata presso il piazzale del Rettorato. Un'iniziativa capace di far avvicinare le nuove generazioni studentesche al mondo del lavoro, con un approccio reale alle dinamiche con confronto in svariati settori professionali.
Giunto al suo 17° anno, l’evento che negli anni ha accolto migliaia di studenti, consolida il suo scopo di diventare un appuntamento finalizzato a costruire un dialogo diretto con le realtà industriali, per far convergere le necessità dei giovani con le richieste da parte delle aziende, anche attraverso la presentazione dei curriculum vitae e veri e propri colloqui di lavoro: “disponiamo di un servizio che ci permette di raccogliere le informazioni sui partecipanti che si iscrivono prima che arrivino in presenza, e organizzare già delle interviste con le aziende - spiega Introna - Di conseguenza, oggi è proprio un momento operativo: abbiamo allestito, infatti, dei punti nel nostro rettorato, dove i ragazzi possono sostenere direttamente i colloqui con le aziende e muovere direttamente il primo passo all'interno del mondo del lavoro”.
“Quest'anno abbiamo arricchito la manifestazione anche con uno stand, che presenta l'offerta formativa della magistrale, immaginando di rivolgerci anche a studenti che alla fine della Triennale, in un unico posto - sottolinea Introna - possono capire cosa c'è nel mondo del lavoro, quali sono le opportunità per un laureato triennale o quali i percorsi della magistrale che possono portare a imboccare la strada più idonea nel mondo del lavoro, avendo la possibilità anche di chiedere alle aziende quali siano gli sbocchi magistrali a cui sono più interessati e ricevere informazioni a riguardo”.
“Le cose sono cambiate molto negli ultimi anni e stanno cambiando rapidamente. Gli strumenti di cui dispongono i ragazzi per entrare in contatto col mondo del lavoro sono tanti, ma sono sempre più impegnati nel loro corso di studi e nelle attività di orientamento in uscita ed è proprio questa la grande sfida, sia durante l'anno, quando le aziende ci chiedono di organizzare incontri - specie con specifici corsi di laurea - sia in questo momento dove tante aziende si aspettano di trovare molti studenti. Pertanto - continua - la sfida è utilizzare strumenti sempre nuovi per raccogliere informazioni dei ragazzi, ma anche cercare di comunicare con loro e raggiungerli nelle diverse forme che utilizzano per attirare sempre di più la loro attenzione e far comprendere loro che l'ingresso nel mondo del lavoro è un percorso che richiede un certo tempo, quindi non è vantaggioso aspettare di laurearsi per iniziare a guardarsi intorno ma il momento migliore, forse, è proprio durante l'ultimo anno di studi, in cui hanno tutto il tempo e la calma per cominciare a informarsi e capire quali sono le varie opportunità e i tirocini”.
“Noi abbiamo molti studenti impegnati in un tirocinio curriculare già entrati nel mondo del lavoro prima ancora di conseguire la laurea. Quindi la sfida è ottenere l'attenzione dei nostri ragazzi e rispondere alle esigenze delle aziende, che ci dimostrano sempre più attenzione, tanto che in alcuni ambiti facciamo fatica a trovare abbastanza candidati per le richieste che ci fanno le aziende”, conclude.
