(Adnkronos) - “Il nostro obiettivo è quello di favorire sempre il maggior contatto possibile tra imprese e i giovani che studiano durante il percorso universitario. Quest'anno abbiamo ricevuto più di 900 iscrizioni sul portale, quindi è stato un grande successo. I numeri sono sicuramente in incremento rispetto alle edizioni passate e l'obiettivo è quello sempre di favorire il rapporto fra aziende e studenti”. Con queste dichiarazioni, Nathan Levialdi Ghiron, rettore dell’università Tor Vergata, è intervenuto a margine del diciassettesimo career day Campus&Leaders&Talents organizzato dall’Università di Roma Tor Vergata presso il piazzale del Rettorato.
Un'iniziativa capace di far avvicinare le nuove generazioni studentesche al mondo del lavoro, con un approccio reale alle dinamiche con confronto in svariati settori professionali: “Questo tipo di interazione tra aziende e studenti è un rapporto da coltivare già durante il periodo di formazione: durante i periodi del percorso universitario, infatti, maturano delle convinzioni, delle esperienze e si ha il desiderio di conoscere meglio ciò che si andrà a fare nel mondo delle imprese - spiega il rettore Levialdi Ghiron - e soprattutto ciò che le aziende ricercano e che consentiranno di fare una volta intrapreso il percorso all'interno delle proprie strutture. In tal senso, credo che eventi come questo favoriscano al meglio questo tipo di interazione”.
Giunto al suo 17° anno, l’evento che negli anni ha accolto migliaia di studenti, consolida il suo scopo di diventare un appuntamento finalizzato a costruire un dialogo diretto con le realtà industriali, per far convergere le necessità dei giovani con le richieste da parte delle aziende, anche attraverso la presentazione dei curriculum vitae e veri e propri colloqui di lavoro: “Questa possibilità di realizzare dei colloqui consentirà ai singoli partecipanti di poter prevedere dei periodi di stage o di tirocinio all'interno delle aziende, comprendendo al meglio quello che saranno le attività da svolgere”, conclude.
