(Adnkronos) - E' di almeno sei morti il bilancio che arriva da Cuba a causa dell'uragano Oscar, che ha flagellato la parte orientale dell'isola. Il bilancio è stato confermato nelle scorse ore dal presidente Miguel DÃaz-Canel, mentre buona parte dell'isola con circa dieci milioni di abitanti è rimasta al buio per la quarta notte consecutiva. Â
Nella provincia di Guantánamo, intere aree sono allagate e i soccorritori non sono riusciti a raggiungere le zone colpite, ha detto DÃaz-Canel. Le autorità parlano di almeno mille case danneggiate. Sinora, secondo DÃaz-Canel che ha fatto sapere che per seguire l'emergenza non sarà al summit dei Brics a Kazan (in Russia), la fornitura di elettricità è stata ripristinata solo per un terzo. A L'Avana è finito il blackout per circa il 90% delle utenze.Â
