(Adnkronos) - L'Austria svolta a destra. Il Partito della Libertà (FPOe, formazione di estrema destra) è in testa con il 29,1% nelle proiezioni delle elezioni per rinnovare i 183 seggi del Nationalrat, la Camera bassa del parlamento di Vienna. Â
Al secondo posto il Partito Popolare Austriaco (OeVP) del cancelliere Karl Nehammer con il 26,2%, mentre il Partito Socialdemocratico (SPOe) ha il 20,4%. I Verdi sono fermi all'8,6% e poco più sopra, all'8,8%, i liberali di Neos.Â
Stando alle proiezioni, l'Fpo conquisterebbe 57 seggi (+26), l'Ovp 52 (-19), l'Spo 40, il Neos 17 (+2) e lo stesso numero i Verdi (-9).Â
Il leader del Partito della Libertà d'Austria (Fpo), Herbert Kickl, si è detto "pronto a guidare il nuovo governo" dopo la storica affermazione dell'estrema destra alle elezioni parlamentari e ha aperto al dialogo con le altre forze politiche.Â
Ritenendo che l'esito delle elezioni odierne segnerà un cambiamento per l'Austria, Kickl ha interpretato la vittoria del suo partito come una "chiara dichiarazione" da parte dell'elettorato austriaco "che le cose non possono andare avanti così in questo Paese".Â
"Stiamo tendendo una mano in tutte le direzioni", ha aggiunto il leader del partito euro-scettico, anti-migranti e filo-russo, sottolineando di voler costruire una "fortezza austriaca". Per il momento, tuttavia, nessun altro partito austriaco si è mostrato disposto a formare un governo con l'Fpo e Kickl ha detto che ora si deve chiedere agli altri partiti "cosa pensano della democrazia".Â
Il Partito popolare austriaco (Ovp) del cancelliere in carica, Karl Nehammer, ha confermato di non voler formare una coalizione con Fpo. "Era così ieri, è così oggi e sarà così anche domani", ha affermato il segretario generale dell'Ovp, Christian Stocker, mentre il segretario generale dell'Fpo, Michael Schnedlitz, ha dichiarato che "gli austriaci hanno fatto la storia oggi", sostenendo che il risultato delle elezioni ha mostrato una "richiesta di cambiamento nel Paese".Â
