(Adnkronos) - Attacco dell'Iran contro Israele, che ha preannunciato una risposta adeguata all'offensiva di Teheran sferrata oggi. I Guardiani della rivoluzione, i Pasdaran iraniani, hanno fatto sapere di aver attaccato Israele "in risposta al martirio di Ismail Haniyeh, di Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah e di Nilforooshan". "Abbiamo colpito - ha reso noto l'agenzia iraniana Mehr - il cuore delle terre occupate": almeno 200 missili sono stati lanciati nella serata di oggi, 1 ottobre, in direzione di Israele, con esplosioni a Tel Aviv e Gerusalemme, dove al momento non si registrano vittime. Â
L'Iran ha dichiarato lo stato di guerra e, concluso l'attacco contro Israele, il ministero dell'Intelligence ha dichiarato che "qualsiasi contenuto a favore del nemico e che indebolisca il Paese, il governo, l'esercito è considerato tradimento".Â
La televisione di stato israeliana inoltre ha fatto sapere che in caso di ritorsione da parte di Israele, la risposta di Teheran sarà "più schiacciante e rovinosa", come annunciato dai Guardiani della rivoluzione. L'attacco, avevano spiegato i Pasdaran, è una risposta alle morti dell'ormai ex leader di Hamas, assassinato a Teheran a luglio, e di Hezbollah e al generale iraniano Abbas Nilforooshan, comandante in Libano della Forza Quds, unità d'élite dei Pasdaran, ucciso a Beirut venerdì scorso come Nasrallah.Â
Dal canto suo, Israele aveva assicurato che qualsiasi attacco iraniano avrebbe avuto delle conseguenze. A dichiararlo ai giornalisti era stato il portavoce delle Idf, Daniel Hagari, comunicando che "i nostri alleati americani ci hanno allertato sul fatto che hanno indicazioni di un imminente attacco missilistico da parte dell'Iran contro lo Stato di Israele". E ad attacco effettuato Hagari lo ha ribadito: "Proteggeremo i cittadini di Israele, questo attacco avrà conseguenze. Abbiamo piani, agiremo nel momento e nel luogo che sceglieremo". Â
Qualche ora prima dell'attacco anche il Segretario alla Difesa statunitense Lloyd Austin aveva riferito al suo omologo israeliano Yoav Gallant che ci sarebbero state '"gravi conseguenze per l'Iran nel caso in cui decidesse di lanciare un attacco militare diretto contro Israele". Durante il colloquio telefonico Austin ha dichiarato che Washington sostiene Israele nella "necessità di smantellare l'infrastruttura di attacco'' di Hezbollah ''lungo il confine" con il Libano al fine di prevenire "attacchi in stile 7 ottobre contro le comunità settentrionali di Israele".Â
Il portavoce del Pentagono, Pat Ryder, ha reso noto che dopo l'attacco iraniano il segretario alla Difesa degli Stati Uniti, Lloyd Austin, ha avuto un nuovo colloquio telefonico - il secondo oggi - con il ministro della Difesa israeliano, Yoav Gallant.Â
