(Adnkronos) - L'Ucraina discute l'ipotesi di cedere territori alla Russia per porre fine alla guerra che dura da circa 960 giorni. E' lo scenario che delinea il magazine tedesco Der Spiegel, citato dai media ucraini, sulla base delle informazioni fornite da una fonte di alto livello di Kiev. Il presidente Volodymyr Zelensky, anche nelle ultime settimane, ha ribadito che il suo 'piano per la vittoria' punta ad una pace giusta ma ha sempre escluso l'ipotesi di cessioni territoriali alla Russia. Vladimir Putin, da Mosca, non perde occasione per considerare annessi i territori occupati nel corso del conflitto. Â
"Ritenevamo che la vittoria dovesse arrivare con la resa incondizionata della Russia. Ma senza concessioni questo è impossibile. L'accordo dovrebbe comprendere benefici anche per la Russia", la sintesi della fonte citata dal magazine tedesco. Â

La posizione ucraina non può tener conto dell'evoluzione del quadro internazionale. Negli Stati Uniti, tra 20 giorni, si vota per eleggere il nuovo presidente: l'eventuale ritorno di Donald Trump alla Casa Bianca rischierebbe di modificare radicalmente la situazione.Â
Il candidato repubblicano ha detto e ripetuto che intende favorire un accordo tra Zelensky e Putin per porre fine alla guerra. In questo contesto, dice la fonte ucraina, è più che probabile che il sostegno degli Stati Uniti "calerà , anche se lentamente". D'altra parte, nemmeno il presidente Joe Biden ha accolto in toto le ultime richieste di Zelensky: il presidente degli Stati Uniti non ha dato il via libera all'uso di armi a lungo raggio contro obiettivi militari nel territorio russo.Â
In questo quadro, secondo lo scenario di Der Spiegel, le autorità di Kiev non escludono "il modello della Germania Ovest" applicato all'Ucraina, con il paese avviato all'ingresso nella Nato e i territori occupati dalla Russia fuori dal controllo integrale ucraino con una formula che, al momento, non viene codificata.Â

La guerra sembra destinata a svilupparsi ormai su due binari consolidati. La Russia preme nel Donetsk, guadagnando progressivamente terreno e tenendo costantemente sotto pressione la difesa ucraina, costretta anche ad arretrare per limitare le perdite. Ora, il clima diventa un fattore determinante. Si va verso l'inverno, con pioggia e poi neve. Gli spostamenti sul terreno fangoso prima e gelato poi diventeranno sempre più complessi: muovere mezzi e uomini sarà complicato e ogni avanzamento richiederà sforzi enormi.Â
Le forze armate di Kiev da oltre 2 mesi hanno invaso la regione russa di Kursk. Il blitz ha consentito all'Ucraina di arrivare a controllare circa 1200 km quadrati di territorio nemico. La reazione della Russia è stata progressiva: non c'è stata una risposta massiccia in tempi brevissimi, Mosca non ha sguarnito altre zone del fronte per riprendere il controllo della regione. Â
