(Adnkronos) - Torna il career day Campus&leaders&talents, un’iniziativa capace di far avvicinare le nuove generazioni studentesche al mondo del lavoro, con un approccio reale alle dinamiche con confronto in svariati settori professionali. Mercoledì 16 ottobre 2024, tra le ore 10 e le 17, nel piazzale del Rettorato dell’università di Roma Tor Vergata, le aziende incontrano studentesse e studenti, laureandi/e e laureati/e di tutte le facoltà nel loro stand personale, effettuando meeting, presentazioni aziendali e colloqui.
Il career day è organizzato dall’ateneo in collaborazione con l’ufficio laureati Desk-Imprese di Economia e l’associazione Alet ed è rivolto anche a chi non è iscritto all’università Tor Vergata. Giunto al suo 17° anno, l’evento che negli anni ha accolto migliaia di studenti, consolida il suo scopo di diventare un appuntamento finalizzato a costruire un dialogo diretto con le realtà industriali, per far convergere le necessità dei giovani con le richieste da parte delle aziende, anche attraverso la presentazione dei curriculum vitae e veri e propri colloqui di lavoro. In occasione dell’evento, sarà presente un desk informativo per ciascuna delle aree di seguito: scienze, lettere, economia e ingegneria. Presso i desk gli studenti interessati potranno ricevere informazioni sui corsi di laurea magistrale.
Diverse e prestigiose le oltre 50 company presenti all’evento, tra cui: Accenture, American Express, Autostrade per l’Italia, Banca Mediolanum, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, Fineco, Deloitte, Generali, P&G e Tim. E ancora molte altre.
Per sostenere i colloqui nell’apposita area dedicata - dove alcune aziende potranno invitare i candidati per delle prime selezioni di lavoro/stage - ecco come candidarsi. Se non si è ancora iscritti al career center Tor Vergata ci si dovrà prima registrare gratuitamente: Guida rapida per l’iscrizione al career center. Solo se non si studia o non si è laureati/i presso Roma Tor Vergata, bisogna inviare una email a placement@uniroma2.it con oggetto 'registrazione career day 2024 NON Tor Vergata students/graduates' allegando il proprio CV.
Il rettore dell’ateneo, Nathan Levialdi Ghiron, non fa mancare il suo sostegno per spingere quanti più studenti alla partecipazione, sottolineando la propria vicinanza all’evento, anche come location: “Quest’anno celebriamo la XVII edizione di questo evento, che si tiene per la seconda volta all'interno del nostro rettorato, simbolo della sinergia che vogliamo promuovere tra formazione universitaria e sbocchi lavorativi. Per noi, accompagnare i nostri studenti nella transizione verso il mondo del lavoro non è solo un dovere istituzionale, ma una missione che perseguiamo con impegno e passione. Il successo di un evento come questo è il risultato di un lavoro continuo all'interno della nostra comunità accademica: da una didattica innovativa, alla ricerca scientifica di eccellenza, fino alle collaborazioni con il tessuto imprenditoriale locale e internazionale”.
