(Adnkronos) - "E' necessario capire come con la transizione tecnologica si possono attivare ancora di più le politiche attive e esser ancora più incisivi sul mercato del lavoro. Lavorare sulle politiche attive vuol dire creare valore, lavoro, opportunità per tutti. Si deve agire ancora di più sul mondo del lavoro femminile. E oggi parleremo anche di questo". Così Rosario De Luca, presidente del Consiglio nazionale dell'ordine dei consulenti del lavoro, aprendo a Bologna la seconda giornata della Convention dei consulenti del lavoro, dedicata a 'Competenze e intelligenza artificiale: i nuovi scenari della formazione'. Â
De Luca ha ricordato anche "i numeri importanti di quanti sono collegati e che ci seguono a distanza, tra loro molti dirigenti della Romagna che hanno difficoltà logistiche a venire qui pur essendo vicini per via del maltempo".Â
"Dopo oltre vent'anni dalla legge Biagi, si è riaffermato un principio fondamentale: non può esistere un diritto senza un dovere. I nostri padri costituenti lo hanno scritto a chiare lettere nell'articolo 4 della Costituzione. Dopo vent'anni abbiamo visto realizzati i principi della legge Biagi, una norma che basava tutto su due grandi direttrici: l'adattabilità e l'occupabilità . E oggi noi ci troviamo finalmente in un sistema giuridico lavoristico che dà piena attuazione all'articolo 4 della Costituzione, che dà piena attuazione alla legge Biagi, vero caposaldo del diritto del lavoro moderno. Avere un lavoro è un diritto, cercarselo è un dovere". Â
