(Adnkronos) - "I temi affrontati in questo Congresso e la nostra visione di questo mondo legato al sistema Paese li abbiamo portati al di fuori della categoria. Per la prima volta, infatti, abbiamo organizzato un 'congresso diffuso' che ha avvicinato il mondo degli ingegneri al territorio e alla cittadinanza". A dirlo all'Adnkronos/Labitalia Elio Masciovecchio, vice presidente del Cni, a margine del 68° Congresso nazionale degli ingegneri d'Italia, in corso a Siena. E proprio dall'attenzione per il territorio nasce la monografia della rivista 'L'Ingegnere Italiano' dedicata al vino. "Nel realizzarla - ha spiegato Masciovecchio - abbiamo trovato tante connessioni tra i territorio, l'ingegneria e le varie fasi che portano a 'qualcosa' che abbiamo sulle nostre tavole e che è il miglior messaggero del mondo che è il vino".Â
"Come dice il presidente Perrini - ha sottolineato - c'è tanta ingegneria in un bicchiere di vino. Basti pensare che spesso i vigneti sono un ausilio per quel che riguarda le frane. Il contesto storico che stiamo vivendo è forse uno dei più drammatici che la storia contemporanea potrà ricordare. Agli effetti dell'instabilità economica globale aggravati dai conflitti in essere sui postumi della pandemia si è unita una crisi climatica senza precedenti. E' per questi motivi che nasce lo strumento della Next Generation EU, il cui aspetto più pragmatico si concretizza nel meglio conosciuto Recovery Plan, un piano appunto non solo un aiuto economico che vuole cogliere l'occasione di trasformare radicalmente il sistema europeo rendendolo più ecologico, digitale e resistente". Â
"L'Italia - ha chiarito- è caratterizzata a livello internazionale dall'eccellenza del settore agroalimentare e in questo contesto il settore vitivinicolo ricopre un ruolo strategico. Già dagli anni '90 le aziende del settore hanno dotato soluzioni agricole 3.0, riassumibili con il concetto di viticultura di precisione. L'innovazione va dalla mappatura con GPS in vigna, a geolocalizzazioni satellitari adattate alla guida delle macchine agricole, dall'utilizzo di droni con infrarossi per monitorare la salute delle piante e del suolo, alle stazioni meteorologiche, dagli strumenti per rilevare la maturazione fenolica delle bacche, ai robot per la vendemmia con sensori e sistemi bluetooth integrati. In cantina troviamo presse di ultima generazione e sistemi di controllo. E ancora: gestioni della temperatura automatizzate e informatizzate grazie a microprocessori, dispositivi per macerazioni che migliorano la qualità e la quantità delle sostanze estratte, biotecnologie applicate per la performance dei lieviti e il controllo dei patogeni. Le principali soluzioni tecnologiche disponibili possono incrementare la sostenibilità della filiera, a vantaggio di costi più contenuti sul lungo periodo e di un aumento della qualità di vino e territorio. Le aziende che hanno optato per una transizione più innovativa ed ecologica e comunicato in modo efficace ai consumatori hanno registrato una crescita economica maggiore". Â
