(Adnkronos) - “La grande sfida è la professionalità dei lavoratori e dei manager coinvolti nella filiera turistica. Parliamo di qualità nel turismo ed è quindi importante avere lavoratori e dirigenti di qualità. Per farlo non basta parlare di stipendio, ma bisogna ragionare anche di ulteriori voci di welfare come ad esempio il tema dell’abitare. Sempre di più i lavoratori della filiera dei servizi e del turismo fanno fatica a vivere nelle grandi città italiane a causa dei grandi costi di vita. Molte aziende iniziano a parlare di casa come una voce di welfare aziendale nel contratto”. Così Simone Venturini, assessore al Turismo e Sviluppo economico Comune di Venezia, a margine dell'evento 'Turismo e imprese nuovi modelli di business, innovazione e pratiche nello sviluppo e gestione del capitale umano, nell'organizzazione del lavoro, nell'adozione di nuove tecnologie', organizzato a Venezia da Manageritalia Veneto e Ciset.
“Altra sfida importante - prosegue Venturini - riguarda l’innovazione, iniziare a capire le dinamiche nuove e i nuovi orizzonti provando ad anticiparle per stare al passo. Sono sfide che richiedono la presenza importante del manager. Una figura centrale in tutte le aziende. Il manager porta qualità, porta un punto di vista più distaccato ed esterno rispetto alle dinamiche familiari dell’azienda e riesce ad offrire la sua esperienza in dote all’impresa”.
Infine, un focus sul capoluogo Veneto: “A Venezia ci sono molti manager capaci, il turismo è cresciuto soprattutto in termini di qualità. Le grandi strutture hanno lavorato meglio rispetto al passato, i grandi eventi portati in città ci hanno portato in una galassia di comunicazione legata a lusso, eleganza, moda, arte contemporanea e artigianato. C’è ancora molto da fare sul fronte della gestione di alcuni picchi che ci sono durante l’anno, per questo l’amministrazione comunale sta sperimentando soluzioni innovative come ad esempio il contributo d’accesso", conclude.
