(Adnkronos) - "Abbiamo davanti uno scenario complicato, l'allungamento delle aspettative di vita, l'inverno demografico impongono delle riflessioni profonde, soprattutto riguardo alle pensioni. Va assolutamente stimolata la previdenza complementare, si deve riuscire a ottenere una maggiore adesione dei lavoratori per cercare di avvicinarsi all'obiettivo di avere delle pensioni dignitose nei prossimi anni". Lo ha detto il segretario generale dell'Ugl, Paolo Capone, ad Adnkronos/Labitalia, a margine del 'Global Welfare Summit' in corso a Villa Miani a Roma. Â
