(Adnkronos) - L'utilizzo dei dati e delle tecnologie digitali per ottimizzare le interazioni con medici, farmacisti, pazienti e consumatori, con l'obiettivo di creare esperienze più coinvolgenti e su misura per ciascun target, sono i temi al centro del dibattito che si è tenuto oggi a Milano presso Le Village durante l'evento 'La Customer Experience nel mondo Pharma Retail', organizzato da Jakala, leader europeo nella data-transformation e partner di riferimento per l'innovazione delle aziende del settore Pharma & Life Sciences.Â
Dedicato ai professionisti del settore - spiega una nota - l'incontro ha offerto un momento di riflessione sulla rilevanza crescente della Customer Experience (Cx) nel mondo Pharma e Consumer Health, un tema sempre più strategico per distinguersi in un mercato caratterizzato da rapidi cambiamenti e crescente competitività . A sottolineare l'attenzione alla Cx come fattore cruciale nelle decisioni di business è stato Armando Inserra, Pharma Senior Partner di Jakala. "Non è più solo una leva strategica - ha osservato - ma un vero vantaggio competitivo. Oggi, per il mondo Pharma e Consumer Health, comprendere il comportamento dei clienti, personalizzare contenuti e relazioni e utilizzare i dati in modo intelligente sono fattori chiave per guidare decisioni aziendali efficaci e creare valore nel lungo termine".Â
L'evento ha ospitato due J-Talks e dedicati all'integrazione dei dati nelle strategie aziendali che hanno esplorato diversi aspetti dell'evoluzione del Customer Engagement. Nel primo panel, sul tema 'Dal Dato agli Insight', i relatori hanno esplorato l'impatto dei Location Analytics nell'ottimizzazione delle strategie di trade e drive-to-store, illustrando come l'uso mirato dei dati possa affinare i modelli di segmentazione e targeting. Si è discusso inoltre di come il dato possa essere trasformato in insight utili a migliorare la personalizzazione nel settore Pharma, rispondendo alle esigenze di un target sempre più complesso. In particolare, si è sottolineata l'importanza del multistakeholder Engagement, che coinvolge medici, farmacisti, pazienti e consumatori, a dimostrazione di come il canale farmacia abbracci un pubblico altamente eterogeneo. Al secondo panel, dedicato a 'Dagli Insight all'Engagement', si è discusso dell'uso delle tecnologie digitali, tra cui l'intelligenza artificiale (Ai) e la Generative Ai, per migliorare la personalizzazione dei contenuti e aumentare l'efficacia delle strategie di engagement. L'attenzione si è concentrata sulla multicanalità come leva di ingaggio per gli informatori scientifici, con piattaforme che presentano diversi stadi di maturità in base al livello di digitalizzazione dei player coinvolti. L'evento ha offerto ai leader del settore Pharma e Consumer Health un'importante occasione di networking e di confronto sulle nuove modalità di utilizzo dei dati e delle tecnologie digitali, aprendo così la strada a soluzioni innovative per trasformare l'interazione con i clienti e ridefinire le strategie di engagement in un ecosistema in continua evoluzione.Â
