(Adnkronos) - La ricerca del gusto guida le scelte degli italiani: quasi la totalità (il 94%) lo considera un driver di acquisto importante o molto importante. Anche provenienza locale (85%) e Km0 (78%) sono molto rilevanti per gli intervistati, che li associano a freschezza, supporto all’economia del territorio e minor inquinamento. La sostenibilità , infatti, gioca un ruolo chiave per il 77% dei consumatori che affermano di considerare questo aspetto nei loro acquisti. La variabile del prezzo, seppur rappresenti un driver rilevante per la grande maggioranza dei consumatori, non costituisce l’unico elemento di scelta: se messi di fronte alla necessità di scegliere tra convenienza, gusto e sostenibilità prevale quest’ultima dimensione con il prezzo all’ultimo posto. Questa la fotografia che emerge da una ricerca realizzata da Swg per Carrefour Italia su un campione rappresentativo di italiani, per comprendere come si orientano i comportamenti di consumo in ambito food rispetto al binomio gusto e sostenibilità . Â
La ricerca è stata presentata in occasione del piano di rilancio del programma Act for Food, fulcro della strategia di Transizione Alimentare per tutti del Gruppo Carrefour, che ha l’obiettivo di facilitare un’alimentazione di qualità più sana, rispettosa del pianeta, locale e accessibile. Â
Ma quali sono le caratteristiche chiave di un prodotto buono? La stagionalità , scelta dal 53% degli italiani, seguita dalla freschezza (44%) dall’essere a km0 (15%) e dall’italianità (14%). La cucina italiana, del resto, viene considerata dalla stragrande maggioranza la più gustosa, con solo il 13% degli intervistati che considera più appaganti altre scelte alimentari come le proposte etniche, il fast food e il vegetariano o vegano. Cresce infine la consapevolezza sul biologico, acquistato da quasi la metà degli intervistati, che viene considerato dalla larga maggioranza dei rispondenti come più sano (90%) e sostenibile a livello ambientale (89%) e sociale (86%) oltre che gustoso (83%). Questa attitudine positiva si riflette anche nella fiducia verso le aziende del territorio e le aziende produttrici sia che si tratti di realtà locali (85%), di aziende specializzate nel bio (82%), o di player di maggiori dimensioni, con la private label ritenuta più convincente rispetto all’industria di marca (78% di clienti fiduciosi contro il 56%). Pesa ancora tuttavia sul bio una percezione di maggiore costo per il consumatore: il 70% considera questi prodotti più cari. Â
Lanciato nel 2018 per tradurre in azioni concrete la strategia di Transizione Alimentare per tutti, oggi Act for Food entra in una nuova fase con il rinnovato obiettivo di sostenere i consumatori nel mangiare meglio, rendendo accessibili prodotti buoni, sani e più sostenibili dal punto di vista ambientale, facendo leva in particolare sui prodotti private label. In particolare, con il nuovo Act for Food, Carrefour si impegna per offrire garanzie tangibili ai consumatori italiani: l’80% dei prodotti a marchio Carrefour proviene da fornitori italiani; i prodotti a marchio Filiera Qualità Carrefour prevedono frutta e verdura 100% italiane, branzini e orate 100% italiani e carne da allevamenti nazionali; per un biologico sempre più accessibile, 50 referenze già disponibili a meno di 1 euro, anche grazie al lavoro svolto sul marchio Carrefour Bio. Â
Con questo nuovo capitolo di Act for Food, Carrefour mira a diventare il marchio biologico più economico del mercato, offrire la gamma private label con il miglior rapporto qualità -prezzo, e favorire le produzioni di origine locale o nazionale. La linea Filiera Qualità Carrefour svolge un ruolo centrale per continuare ad offrire prodotti freschi, gustosi, responsabili e dal prezzo accessibile, insieme alla crescente focalizzazione su categorie di prodotti a base vegetale, free-from e 'ricco in'. Â
