Su proposta del Comandante della Polizia Municipale, il sindaco Leoluca Orlando ha emanato oggi una determina con la quale conferisce a 65 dipendenti dell’A.M.A.T. già in possesso della qualifica di Ausiliario del Traffico, l'attribuzione - fino alla cessazione dello stato di emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19 - dei poteri e della competenza di effettuare, in materia di trasporto pubblico locale, attività di verifica delle prescrizioni, previste dai D.P.C.M. e legislazione di emergenza, tese a fronteggiare l'emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19, con attribuzione, altresì del relativo potere sanzionatorio.
Il conferimento avviene ai sensi di quanto previsto dal Bilancio di previsione dello Stato per l'anno finanziario 2021 e bilancio pluriennale per il triennio 2021-2023 (Legge 30 dicembre 2020, n. 178, art.1, comma 818).
