"Segnaliamo la solita situazione di degrado nel quartiere dell'Albergheria, in via Giovanni Di Cristina, via Flavio Andò, via Luigi Siciliano Villanueva, via Tina Di Lorenzo, via Diego Orlando e Piazza Francesco Manfredi Baronio.
La quantità spropositata di ingombranti abbandonati nelle predette strade è, presumibilmente, derivante dall'attività commerciale svolta in zona nel mercato dell'usato. Segnaliamo, in particolare, la presenza, da parecchie settimane, di contenitori in cemento amianto."
