“Segnaliamo la situazione caotica che si viene a creare ogni giorno in via Salesio Balsano, all'incrocio con via Volturno. Lo spiazzo dove sorge lo spartitraffico con la villetta dedicata all'avvocato Enzo Fragalà, ucciso dalla mafia, è letteralmente assediato dai pullman turistici che sostano in doppia e tripla fila anche sulle strisce pedonali, rendendo impossibile e molto pericoloso il transito dei pedoni. Tra l'altro tali mezzi sostano costantemente con i motori accesi, per mantenere la climatizzazione attiva, sia in estate che in inverno, pratica questa vietata dal Codice della Strada, con evidente e pericolosa emissione di sostanze che inquinano l'atmosfera, per non parlare dell'inquinamento acustico.
Chiediamo se tali soste siano autorizzate ed in base a quali disposizioni e/o convenzioni stipulate con le ditte di trasporto, alle quali non risulta che siano state mosse contestazioni per la pratica di che trattasi”.
