A Kiev 130mila persone sono ancora senza elettricità, ma l'azienda ucraina per la distribuzione dell'elettricità Dtek ha promesso ai cittadini della capitale che, pur essendo previsti altri blackout, da oggi non dureranno più di 5 ore di seguito.
