“Raccogliamo, per l'ennesima volta, lo sfogo di un residente di via Napoli, che vede la propria vita stravolta dal caos che regna incontrastato nella adiacente zona pedonale di via Maqueda, dove vige l'anarchia più assoluta.
Bancarelle piazzate ovunque, cassonetti stracolmi notte e giorno a causa dei continui conferimenti dei rifiuti speciali prodotti dai vicini esercizi commerciali, circostanza, questa, più volte denunciata.
Inoltre la via Napoli, come le altre strade che convergono verso via Maqueda, non vengono mai spazzate né sanificate e risultano annerite dal percolato.
Oltre alla sporcizia ed al caos creato dalla presenza di innumerevoli bancarelle e tavolini piazzati al centro della strada, è diventato intollerabile l'inquinamento acustico causato dai mezzi che percorrono la strada con altoparlanti che diffondono musica a volume altissimo fino a tarda notte, nell'indifferenza generale”.
Così nella nota il Presidente dell'Associazione Comitati Civici Palermo, Giovanni Moncada.
